YOUR PROFILE:

To fit this role, you need to focus on the team, its collaboration, and delivery. We expect you to have high social competence, a good attitude, and the courage to ask for help when needed. Even though it is about a collective performance as a group, it is important to be able to take responsibility for your individual work. You need to be service-oriented, put the team and the customer first, while also being flexible and able to reprioritize tasks in the face of rapid change.

We prefer that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, with previous experience in project planning. The role requires you to be fluent in speaking and writing Swedish.

PREFERABLE:

• Previous experience in coordinating roles.
• Experience with IFS or other business systems.
• Knowledge in logistics management or expertise in import and export.
• Experience in quote management.
• Experience working with MS Office packages, including Outlook.
